Job Summary

  • This pivotal role within our sales team acts as a strategic partner to the new business Sales Executives assisting in the discovery process, identifying client pain points and aligning the software solution to address these issues.
  • You will conduct discovery with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, ensuring that the proposed solutions are feasible and tailored to their requirements.
  • Identify gaps in our current software to improve functionality and user experience and analyze industry trends to prioritize customer enhancement requests effectively.
