Job Summary

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end‑to‑end HR generalist exposure in a multinational environment, working closely with managers, employees, and Corporate HR teams.
  • The HRBP will act as the primary HR contact for Spain, supporting both managers and employees, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation and Teledyne corporate policies, and delivering the full annual HR cycle.
  • The position provides real ownership of the full HR scope for Spain with daily interaction with senior managers and Corporate HR teams, offering a strong learning curve and meaningful impact during a critical period.
