Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the construction industry
  • Experience in a commercial / contract role with Grade A contractor is desirable
  • Sufficient years of experience involving in Infrastructure Works / fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Construction Technology / Civil Infrastructure Engineering / Architecture
  • Good proficiency in English language and writing skills
  • Sound understanding of the application of legal principles
  • Membership of a Chartered organization such as RICS is desirable
  • Understand contractual terms & conditions, process, scope of work, compensation schedule, project milestones/critical path and contract administration requirement
  • Sound knowledge on contractual terms and conditions, FIDIC and others
