Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end payroll processes, work cross-functionally with global teams, and make a direct impact on operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will act as the subject matter expert for assigned Central America countries, ensuring full ownership of payroll processes, including data collection, validation, calculations, approvals, payments, and statutory compliance.
