Job Summary
Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs that foster a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant.
The HYCO Training Specialist is accountable for managing the technical training program and executing the training for the Operations & Maintenance staff for the Jubail HYCO Facility.
Provide guidance to the HYCO operating & maintenance teams through on the job training to ensure the HYCO is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
