Job Summary
This position will report to Plant Maintenance Manager and will focus on the continuous improvement of Hopewell manufacturing processes, potentially impacting cost, capacity, through-put, product quality, safety, or environment.
Typical projects may include determining the root cause of chronic operating problems, recommending and assisting in implementing solutions, analyzing mechanical equipment and processes, and investigating opportunities to improve the plant's mechanical program.
