The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance patient care and product launches

Job Summary

  • Act as a senior leader who drives a clear vision and expectations for the Oncology TA while ensuring optimal development and execution of Oncology strategies via maximizing internal /external engagements across the life cycle of GSK brands from preauthorization to post launch.
  • Lead the development, implementation & monitoring of Oncology Medical Affairs Plans, driving excellence in external expert engagement and collaborating cross-functionally to identify customer and patient needs.
  • Lead & drive performance of Medical Managers & MSLs by setting team business objectives, developing capabilities, and planning/prioritizing MSL resources and activities.
