Lead, coach, and develop Application Support and Production Operations Specialists across multiple technologies to ensure continuous 24/7 production support coverage aligned to business needs.
Provide leadership oversight for production support operations, including timely incident resolution, first‑level troubleshooting, outage response, and root cause analysis across supported applications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and control requirements, including SOX, CIP, segregation of duties, and audit readiness, and oversee disaster recovery planning and testing.

Key Requirements
11+ years of Production Support experience
5+ years leading or managing technical teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience in regulated environments (SOX, Information Protection)
Experience in onshore/offshore and hybrid delivery models
ITIL Foundation or ITIL Specialist certifications preferred
