Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC and/or BAS
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Direct knowledge of HVAC control and mechanical systems (Preferred)
  • Strong experience in forecasting revenue, margins, service agreement costs, and utilization (Preferred)
  • Exceptional team leadership skills (Preferred)
  • Proven capacity to communicate professionally (Preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with cloud-based delivery tools (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced estimating and execution tools (Preferred)
