Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance
  • Certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)
  • HACCP Certification
  • Experience writing HACCP plans
  • Experience in the airport or hospitality industry is preferred
