Job Summary
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an attorney to serve as Assistant Agency General Counsel II within the Office of General Counsel supporting the Department’s technology, privacy, and data governance initiatives.
This role advises the Information Technology Division, Privacy and Security Office, Data Office, and Office of Communications on complex legal issues related to cybersecurity, data privacy, information governance, public records, emerging technologies, and technology vendor agreements.
