Banco Popular is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and enhance account opening procedures in compliance with bank policies. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in branch operations, compliance, or audit within the financial industry

Job Summary

  • Perform ongoing quality assurance while monitoring and enhancing account opening procedures and guidelines to ensure Branches/CBC adhere to bank policies and operational instructions.
  • Review documentation, applicable systems, and KYC/KYA to ensure that all new accounts are aligned with Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations to improve opportunity areas and strengthen the design and effectiveness of internal processes and controls.

Key Requirements
