Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents or incidents.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information while assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Nice-to-have
Ability to create a warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
Willingness to work PM or Night shifts
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
