Job Summary
You will be the interface between patients, doctors, operational and commercial teams, actively contributing to the quality of our services to ensure continuous improvement of patient well-being.
You will install respiratory medical devices at patients' homes and in hospitals, provide therapeutic support by informing patients and their families on equipment use, and perform regular equipment maintenance.
You will ensure patient follow-up through regular home visits, interpreting adherence data and writing treatment follow-up comments, while also supporting commercial and customer relations teams with your expertise.
