Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and mobility, and ensure their personal care needs are met.
Observe and report changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
