Salary
Base Salary - Level III - $60,000/ $28.85; Level II- $55,000 / $26.44; Level I - $50,500/ $24.27; Shift differentials available

Key Requirements
Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse
Three (3) years of practical nursing experience (Level III)
One (1) year of practical nursing experience (Level II)
Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license (Level I)
