Job Summary
Responsible for the Food Safety, Food Fraud, and Food Defense program of the unit, ensuring compliance with current legislation, GFSI standards, and statutory requirements.
Develop and conduct technical training and Quality events, strengthening the Food Safety culture and managing the HACCP program, including definition and control of CCPs and PPROs.
Report to Senior Management on the effectiveness, performance, and adequacy of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
