Job Summary

  • Responsible for the Food Safety, Food Fraud, and Food Defense program of the unit, ensuring compliance with current legislation, GFSI standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and conduct technical training and Quality events, strengthening the Food Safety culture and managing the HACCP program, including definition and control of CCPs and PPROs.
  • Report to Senior Management on the effectiveness, performance, and adequacy of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

  • FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 BRCGS, IFS, SQF Knowledge
  • FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor Training
  • HACCP Certification Desirable
