Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years experience in shared services accounting
Strong technical accounting and finance expertise
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
Nice-to-have
Continuous improvement mindset with Lean or Kaizen knowledge
Experience with Workiva software platform
Additional language proficiency beyond English
Proactive self-driven work style
Strong customer service mindset
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Professional certification such as CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
