AIG is seeking an A&H Travel Complex Adjuster to handle and investigate complex claims related to travel and personal accident insurance. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to foster compliance with best practices in claims assessment

Job Summary

  • Handle and investigate all complex claims for Travel, Personal Accident, Cancer and Income Protection that have been allocated in accordance with agreed internal service levels, best practice requirements and against policy conditions.
  • Develop and maintain technical and soft skills to enable accurate assessment and reserving of complex travel, temporary total disablement and permanent disablement and fatal accident claims in accordance with specific best practice guidelines and specified authority limit.
