  • The Clinical Content Specialist in Engagement develops and leads the implementation of PSO’s engagement strategy to better understand the prenatal screening experience and identify and address barriers and enablers to care.
  • This role ensures that the perspectives and needs of pregnant individuals and healthcare providers guide the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Ontario’s prenatal screening system.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and professional clinical designation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maternal/newborn/public health/pediatric care
  • Experience and knowledge of Ontario health systems
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Exceptional project and change management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written skills
