Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Python programming for automation
AWS DevSecOps practices
Identity and Access Management principles
Data platform troubleshooting with SQL and NoSQL
Data security and access policy enforcement
Incident response and root cause analysis
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of data security practices
Understanding of data governance and compliance
Experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Suite
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Agile SDLC methodology understanding
Self-driven with strong ownership
Key Requirements
BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years relevant technical experience
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD automation
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (AD, SSO, MFA, IAM, PIM, CIAM)
Experience supporting production services and incident management
Understanding of GenAI/ML data access security risks
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
