The Operational Support Change Engineering Analyst is primarily responsible for managing the checks performed by the Operational Support Run team, coordinating any changes, updates, additions, and automation of these checks.
The role will also include the development of frameworks and processes, and the team works primarily to cover London business hours while being based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Key responsibilities include performing proactive checks, updating and managing checks, producing and reviewing processes, taking ownership of issues, providing stakeholder updates, introducing new checks, and creating clear procedures for them.
