Base: $141,600 - $212,400; Bonus/Equity: Variable cash programs and equity eligible; Benefits: Health/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong knowledge of Planning business processes
Full-cycle Planning experience preferred
Direct experience with SAP IBP suite
Utilizing SAP ECC (S/4) systems
Proficient in process mapping techniques
Nice-to-have
Experience in FDA regulated environments
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
Deep understanding of end-to-end planning
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 12 years of related experience
3+ years of Management experience
Operational experience in at least one Planning discipline
