Job Summary

• Ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with warehouse associates, best-in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
• Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always, and oversee and develop warehouse associates through one-on-one coaching, training on policy and procedures, assisting in problem resolution when required, and leading by example.

Base: $60,000 - $90,000; Bonus/Equity: up to 10% annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, ESPP, life insurance
