  • Proven experience in Manufacturing, Programme, and/or Engineering
  • Deep understanding of composite, metallic, machined, and fabricated part processes
  • A220 MAKE and BUY perimeter focus
  • Knowledge of cost drivers for jigs, tools, CAPEX, and OPEX
  • Ability to manage recurring and non-recurring industrial capital
  • Apply 'Design and Manufacture to Cost' principles
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
