The Talent Consultant plays a critical role in driving the execution and delivery of Global Talent Management (TM) initiatives by managing integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent global programs.
This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving work.
This role provides exposure to our global PeopleComms strategy, enterprise-level programs and senior leadership, and can be a pathway into talent management and People & Comms leadership roles.
