Salary
Base: $159,800 - $239,800 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements

Must-have
10+ years experience in data engineering
7+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
Expertise with AWS Snowflake Databricks ecosystems
Experience building MLOps/AI Engineering Operations function
Deep familiarity with MLflow Kubeflow Sagemaker tools
Nice-to-have
PhD in Computer Science or related field
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts
Culture of innovation reliability and ownership
Experience with cross-functional team management
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree required; PhD is a plus
10+ years of experience in data or software engineering
7+ years of experience managing engineering managers
