Job Summary

The Case Worker will be responsible for managing a caseload of 10-35 high-risk cases in Borno, providing direct support, psychosocial counseling, and linking individuals to community resources.
IRC promotes professional standards including integrity, service, equality, and accountability while ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safeguarding policies.
