Job Summary

• The Associate Packaging Engineer is responsible for packaging development, testing and qualification of new packaging materials & products of global brands for Abbott Nutrition.
• This position will focus a substantial portion on developing new test methods where applicable or use existing test methods to conduct performance testing of packaging commodities and materials.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Plastics, Chemical or Bio-Medical engineering
• 1-3 years’ experience in Nutrition, Pharma or Medical devices industry
• Technical knowledge of packaging materials, converting process, test methods & validation protocols
• Demonstrated leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to interface with global cross functional teams
