You will partner closely with our Claims leadership teams across the UK to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training that drives measurable performance improvement.
You will take a lead in shaping our learning programmes, expanding our online Claims University platform, and facilitating classroom-based and virtual training sessions.

Key Requirements
