The Senior Career Management Specialist role is responsible for working directly with customers and participants who purchase programs and/or participate in Career Management Programs.
This role will ensure that services delivered are consistent with quality and service standards set as well as being pro-active in informing the improvement of services or alternative ways of working to deliver maximum outcomes.
