  • Responsible for assisting the head football coach with managing daily administrative and coaching duties of the football program while adhering to Bowie State University (BSU), National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association regulations and policies (CIAA).
  • Assist the head coach with the development of a quality coaching staff that adheres to all regulations and guiding principles and policies of BSU, the NCAA, and the CIAA.
