Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years construction cost management experience
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
Expertise in Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimates
Knowledge of India and South Asia real estate markets
Proficiency in CostX or Exactal estimation software
Nice-to-have
RICS or AIQS professional certification
Experience with multinational corporate clients
Fluency in Hindi or regional languages
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-country environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction cost management
At least 5 years experience in the India or broader Asia Pacific region
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) highly desirable
Proven expertise in managing financial performance for large-scale commercial projects
