Job Summary

  • The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects valued between £50k to £15m, ensuring projects meet health, safety, quality, cost and programme standards while complying with CDM legislation.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as Senior or Lead Project Manager
  • City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent construction qualification
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification
  • JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, First Aid
  • Experience managing health and safety across multiple sites
  • Experience preparing quotations and estimates
  • Competent IT software user
  • Ability to write short term programmes
