The role represents the client’s quality, compliance, and risk interests, ensuring that all design, procurement, construction, and handover activities meet approved standards, specifications, regulatory requirements, and operational reliability expectations.
The QA/QC Head supports projects from early design through construction, commissioning, and handover, with a strong focus on quality governance, compliance monitoring, defect prevention, and continuous improvement in fast‑track environments.
