Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Right-seat simulator support
  • FAA Part 142 training
  • Crew Resource Management (CRM)
  • On-call role
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate

Nice-to-have

  • Customer service focus
  • Professional communication
  • Turbine flight experience

Key Requirements

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate or ATP Certificate
  • Airplane Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating
  • Instrument rating
  • Minimum 400 total flight hours
  • Ability to complete initial training
  • Availability for minimum 35 training events/year
  • Ability to work up to 11 hours per day
  • Ability to work minimum 10-15 days per month
  • Reside within commuting distance
