Candidates will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for instrumentation and lead high-level client discussions regarding project definitions and technical status.

Must-have
10+ years experience in dissolution method development
Expertise in Apparatus 1, 2, & 4 dissolution testing
Knowledge of RP-HPLC, SEC, UV-Vis, DLS, and SCISSor techniques
Experience with Long-Acting Injectables and controlled release formulations
Proficiency in GMP, GLP, and SOP adherence
Nice-to-have
Mentoring and coaching junior staff members
Leading client interactions and strategic project updates
Innovative problem solving for complex analytical challenges
Experience with electronic laboratory notebooks

Key Requirements
