Support the Portfolio Manager with the analysis and tracking of the financials of the entire Digital project portfolio as well as contribute to the Quality checking of the project execution.
Maintain and evolve the EMP-19 process working together with the activity owners as well as the Process owner, applying COBIT and LEAN principles.
