Base: $80,000 - $95,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Employee stock ownership opportunities; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness programs, PTO, parental leave, 401(k) with company match

Must-have
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise experience
Inventory accounting and reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable management
Purchase order workflow coordination
General ledger accounting and GAAP knowledge
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting audits
Familiarity with ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills
Collaborative team environment
Process improvement and control strengthening
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Bill.com
Understanding of inventory and cost accounting
Strong GAAP knowledge
