Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions while ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Acts as the back-up for the Director of Nursing and nursing staff, providing reports and recommendations concerning the operation of nursing services.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Good standing with State Board of Nursing
3-5 years nurse management experience
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
