Key Requirements
Clinical Healthcare Degree (BSN, RT, PT, OT, SLP)
5 years clinical experience required
1 year Quality, Risk, or Safety experience
CPHQ or CPPS certification within 1 year of hire
Proof of legal authority to work in US
