Job Summary

• This role provides HR support to NRG Plant Operations in areas such as performance management, employee/union relations, employee engagement, HR Projects/Programs and initiatives, compensation, workforce planning and retention, and recruiting.
• The Senior Talent Business Partner will build effective relationships, provide seamless tactical and strategic HR support, and contribute to strategic solutions for future business.
• The position requires experience working with non-exempt hourly or union employees, including grievance handling and resolution, and employee disciplinary actions.
