Our Patient Support Solutions team supports eligible cancer patients and their caregivers through their CAR-T journey, providing an exceptional service experience.
The Patient Support Specialist will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, assisting with patient eligibility, enrollment, travel logistics, and reimbursement.
This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the opportunity to directly assist patients and caregivers in close partnership with internal and external suppliers.
