Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reliable relationships with local communities in assigned therapeutic areas within the European region, focusing on implementing community-oriented projects, supporting patient education, and reducing barriers to clinical trial access.
  • Key responsibilities include contributing to region-specific community awareness, outreach, and engagement strategies, planning and coordinating events, building and maintaining relationships with study centers and investigators, and coordinating with vendors and patient advocacy groups.
  • The position offers structured onboarding, manager coaching, and development opportunities to build Diversity in Clinical Trials (DICT) capabilities in emerging markets, with a focus on shaping community engagement approaches suitable for the European healthcare context.
