Job Summary
This role is responsible for shaping the long-term SuccessFactors platform strategy, overseeing enterprise-scale implementations, driving innovation through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and ensuring seamless integration across the HCM ecosystem.
The Director partners closely with business and technology executives to modernize HR capabilities, optimize processes, and enable a scalable, secure, and clean-core SAP environment.
This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.

Salary
$180,000 - $230,000; bonus and long-term incentive eligible; company sponsored benefits

Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
8+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience with SAP BTP development models (RAP, CAP)
Experience with cloud architecture and non-SAP interfacing
