Key Requirements
10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree
8-10+ years in process improvement, transformation, or consulting with Finance exposure
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile strongly preferred
Proven experience leading end-to-end process redesign
Demonstrated ability to use AI, automation, or analytics for process improvements
Strong understanding of Finance processes (FP&A, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Deals)
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
