The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building high-quality candidate pipelines for hiring needs across Japan and Southeast Asia (SEA) with Japan being the primary focus area.
This role will proactively source niche technical and commercial talent for multiple requisitions annually, particularly for roles critical to our field execution and business continuity.
This position strengthens APAC Talent Acquisition by accelerating time-to-fill, improving talent quality, and enabling recruiters to focus on hiring conversations and closure.
