Job Summary

  • Lead the application of Intelligent Lean, process excellence methodologies, and digital/automation frameworks to evaluate core S&OE and operational activities.
  • Drive and lead S&OE digitization initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between business processes, system capabilities, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead and develop Supply Planning capabilities through matrix leadership, including coaching planners, defining standard work, and raising overall planning maturity.
