Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for setting the vision for, designing, and leading the end-to-end delivery of the Stryker Endoscopy, Instruments, and Joint Replacement Division Operations data management framework and data architecture.
  • Visualize and design the optimal data management framework to include ingestion of data from various internal sources into an integrated data lake, accessible by Stryker-standard business analysis tools.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders (engineering, IT, business) to converge on common data solutions, then translate those agreements into clear, scalable platform designs.
