Job Summary

• This role involves working independently and as part of a team to maintain and improve processes used in product manufacturing at Caterpillar Inc.
• The position requires designing, directing the acquisition of tooling, troubleshooting daily process issues, and conducting root-cause investigations using RCCA methods.
• Candidates will receive an 8% shift premium for working the 3rd shift from Sunday through Thursday between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering shop floor experience
